If you are unsure about your preferences, please provide us with a book synopsis (excluding blurb/back matter) to give us a better understanding of the core themes and elements. 1.3. For certain projects, we may request to read your manuscript to facilitate the literary design process and ensure the cover aligns seamlessly with the content. Client Cooperation: 2.1. To achieve the best results, we encourage you to be as concise as possible in expressing your cover design vision. Together, we will explore market trends and your target demographic's preferences to craft a compelling visual representation. 2.2. Detailed descriptions of characters, environments, objects, and other relevant aspects will greatly aid the creation process and enhance the quality of the final artwork. Cover Design Consultation: 3.1. Please allocate sufficient time for a cover design consultation, during which we can discuss your requirements in-depth and offer valuable insights to refine your vision. Payment Terms: 4.1. If you choose to pay the full cost upfront, the stock photos will be included in the package at no additional charge. 4.2. For clients opting for payment options, a non-refundable fee of $50 is required. Additionally, the client must provide the images to be used in the concept. 4.3. Payment must be made in the agreed-upon currency via our designated payment methods. Project Timelines: 5.1. For the Standard Cover Design Package, please expect completion within approximately 1 week from the start date. 5.2. For the Fantasy Cover Design Package, completion is expected within 2-3 weeks from the start date, unless alternative arrangements are discussed and agreed upon during initial contact. 5.3. These timelines allow for fruitful discussions, revisions, and editing to deliver a cover that exceeds your expectations. Revisions and Changes: 6.1. After the cover design is finalized, any further changes requested will incur a fee of $50 per hour. We advise clients to review their requirements carefully to avoid unnecessary costs. 6.2.
